Toti Junior Russo brings an international mindset and a deep local connection. Originally from Cutrofiano (LE), he spent over a decade in London, earning a degree from Greenwich University and building a successful career in management roles across multinational companies. Over the past five years, his focus has shifted entirely to Salento, where he has been leading real estate projects and managing properties with precision and vision. Toti knows the territory inside out—and is always chasing the next beautiful renovation.
Giacomo Carrozzo, after graduating at University of Bologna, developed strong expertise in the rental market and hospitality sector, working with boutique hotels and refined Maisons du Charme. Known for his attention to detail and refined taste, Giacomo is constantly exploring new materials and the latest in smart home technology to elevate the experience of every property. He combines deep regulatory knowledge with a creative approach to real estate design.
